Bueno es todo un tema el de las infusiones.\nA m\u00ed en lo personal me encantan, y en realidad no hay ning\u00fan problema en\nconsumirlos hablando en general en paciente sano y sin patolog\u00edas. Por\nmencionar unos ejemplos: manzanilla, lim\u00f3n, Jamaica, menta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero seamos juiciosos con las bebidas que\nprometen ser \u201cd\u00e9tox\u201d,  \u201calcalinizantes\u201d,\n\u201cquema grasa\u201d, \u201cdepurativas\u201d, \u201cmilagro\u201d, eso es algo que no solo rechazo y no\nrecomiendo, tambi\u00e9n lo critico porque creo que confunden a la poblaci\u00f3n en\ngeneral y la enga\u00f1an, la orillan a comprar productos que no necesita y adem\u00e1s\npuede poner en riesgo la salud Recuerden que la salud es el activo m\u00e1s valioso\nque tenemos y debemos cuidarlo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yo si las incluyo en los planes de\nalimentaci\u00f3n los t\u00e9s convencionales e infusiones, pero siempre por su sabor o\npor la evidencia que haya para el uso de los mismos en ciertos momentos, adem\u00e1s\nde que nos ayudan a hidratarnos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A m\u00ed me gusta el efecto terap\u00e9utico de\nalgunas infusiones, por que ciertos ya que pueden ayudarnos a disminuir las\nflatulencias, a sentir una mejor\u00eda en t\u00e9rminos de digesti\u00f3n, pero siempre con\nla conciencia de evitar el abuso de cualquier manera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es importante diferenciar que es una\ninfusi\u00f3n, y un t\u00e9, as\u00ed que aqu\u00ed va la definici\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infusi\u00f3n: es una\nbebida obtenida de las hojas, las flores, las ra\u00edces, las cortezas, los frutos\no las semillas de ciertas hierbas y plantas, que pueden ser arom\u00e1ticas o no. En\nconcreto, a dichas hojas, flores, frutos o semillas se les vierte agua<\/a> caliente \u2014o se introducen en agua caliente\u2014, sin que\nesta agua llegue al punto de ebullici\u00f3n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
