Algo que observo  en internet\n(redes sociales y algunos blogs de nutrici\u00f3n), de algunos profesionales no\nactualizados con el tema: te van a sugerir que comas cada 3 horas, porque as\u00ed\nvas a hacer a tu metabolismo r\u00e1pido y de lo contrario se te har\u00e1 lento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo que puedo afirmar es que esto es FALSO, ya que este\nprofesional deber\u00eda actualizarse y saber lo que arrojaron los estudios y\nmetan\u00e1lisis del tema en lo particular voy a citar el Metan\u00e1lisis\nsobre frecuencia alimentaria y balance energ\u00e9tico<\/a> aunque bien\nexisten muchos otros, pero es mejor formar el criterio con base a metan\u00e1lisis,\nporque estos son el compendio de varios estudios en conjunto. En el mas de 95 %\nde ellos se concluy\u00f3 que  comer varias\nveces, o cada 3 horas, no acelera o <\/strong> afecta el metabolismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo cierto es\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Hacer snacks\nno, No va a acelerar tu metabolismo. Si \nt\u00fa no tienes hambre a ciertas horas, no es necesario que comas lo que\nsea para cumplir con la \u00abregla de comer cada tres horas\u00bb y as\u00ed acelerar\ntu metabolismo. Lo verdaderamente \nimportante es  cuidar la cantidad\ny calidad de la comida que comas en el total del d\u00eda, y no importa c\u00f3mo las\ndistribuyas, eso solo fomenta MITOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ENTONCES, \u00bfNO debo comer snacks?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La respuesta a\neso es \u201cdepende\u201d, esto es 100% opcional y va relacionado con tu estilo de vida,\ntus horarios para levantarte,  si te da\nhambre entre comidas, si eres sedentario, entonces eso solo se eval\u00faa en\nconsulta y con tus necesidades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comer entre\ncomidas, puede ayudarnos a controlar el az\u00facar en sangre, a  mejorar los niveles de triglic\u00e9ridos, pero\nsobre todo puede mejorar los niveles de ansiedad, y apetito que tenemos durante\nel transcurso del  d\u00eda,  a algunos nos puede ayudar a llegar el\nsiguiente tiempo de comida sin esa ansiedad de querernos comer hasta el plato,\ny esto puede ser lo que nos ayude a bajar de peso, pero en definitiva no es por\nla aceleraci\u00f3n del metabolismo como nos quieren argumentar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El chiste  est\u00e1 en aprender a conocernos, e identificar\nsi tener un horario para tus snacks te puede ayudar e tener una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s\nben\u00e9fica con la comida, por que reducir\u00e1 tu ansiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Puedes tener un snack en el horario en que\ntengas m\u00e1s problemas con el apetito o la ansiedad, pero siempre lo ideal es que\ncuando identifiquemos una situaci\u00f3n de atracones o que nos cause estr\u00e9s,\nacudamos con un profesional, \u00e9l sabr\u00e1 canalizarnos con un terapeuta\nespecialista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero eso solo\nse logra con EJERCICIO y DIETA. Y aqu\u00ed si menciono el ejercicio en primer lugar\nporque es por medio del ejercicio que protegemos al musculo cuando estamos en\ndietas para perder peso, el musculo gasta m\u00e1s calor\u00edas que la grasa, eso lo\nsabe todo nutri\u00f3logo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No existe a la\nfecha ninguna barita m\u00e1gica que nos ayude a bajar de peso que no sea la\ndisciplina, si existiera, crees t\u00fa que seguir\u00eda habiendo obesidad en el mundo.\nHay que ser m\u00e1s selectivos en nuestra lectura por las redes sociales y ver si\nla opini\u00f3n para hablar de cierto tema proviene de las creencias o de la\nevidencia cient\u00edfica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lo mejor es\nhacer contacto con nuestros cuerpos y aprender a escuchar a nuestra voz\ninterior, consumir alimentos de buena calidad, elevar nuestro consumo de fibra,\nprote\u00ednas de alto valor biol\u00f3gico, mantenernos hidratados, elegir carbohidratos\nde buena calidad, comer lo m\u00ednimo posible de industrializados, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tu nutri\u00f3logo\ny t\u00fa llegar\u00e1n a un acuerdo para incluir o no snacks en tu plan de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
